I’d like to think it’s just sarcasm but there’s a long-standing theory I forget the name of that says it may be otherwise. Remembered the name:

The dunning-Krueger effect I think it’s called. The gist is smart people are smart enough to see the possible fallacies and therefore think they’re stupid and stupid people are just so dumb they don’t understand any possibly fallacies and therefore think they’re genius. I believe that’s how it works.

I should have. Judge doubled my fine for asking to see the evidence. Also, there was no evidence, no documentation of me speeding at all, no picture on the speed camera nothing.

And I know that Due Process just means we have a meeting and write down how we are fucking you over but this was over the top.

It was like "he was speeding", "No i wasn't, prove it", Guilty, 125 ticket is now 250 bucks.

I went to see the evidence and that was the only reason I went to court. I know where the dude lives now, I should go ask him in person.

Cameras on car, cameras on cop, speed box thingie, no documentation and the cop's word is evidence in Mayor's Court in the Village of Sharonville.

If you wanna go fucking HAM, you can get someone to look at the black box of your car and prove what speed you had at that time. Then you can sue the cop for being a dick mangler. Its a hail mary that I probably wouldn't attempt personally though.
