Sounds like he's right? I don't understand the issue. It's likely Chinese spyware but that's not Trump's motive for banning it.

If Democrats agree with what David Hogg is saying about TikTok here, they would have to applaud Trump and support his efforts to get this "Chinese spyware" banned. If they agree that TikTok is so horrible and such a huge risk, it should not matter if Trump is doing the right and necessary thing for the wrong or for the right reasons.

He was treated and presented like a big deal by the Democrats and the liberal media in the aftermath of the Parkland shooting. They themselves built him up to be a mini-celebrity and some sort of spokesperson for their gun-restrictions campaign.
