So that twitter handled posted a video of the GOP chairwoman claiming to have uncovered a lot of systematic fraud and told everyone that it was due to the software. Now here is the first point:
1. Here is the statement by the Michigan Secretary of State:
https://www.fox17online.com/news/election-2020/michigan-secretary-of-state-says-claims-from-rnc-chairwoman-have-no-merit2. I also want to say that I believe the voting process is divided into districts where you cannot hack a couple of servers and change the outcome of the election. It is extremely complicated. It would take a nation-state effort to change the outcome.
3. I am a professional software engineer and I am telling you that it is damn near impossible to "hack" into a cloud-based on even a properly configured on-prem server. It just makes the comments that the twitter poster is making very skeptical. Generally, people hack into something due to a flaw created by the engineer to properly secure the entry points/data stores. I doubt election counts are stored in unsecure servers.
I am only saying this because I want you to understand that it is important that people trust the integrity of the election. I actually fully expected the GOP chairwomen to provide disinformation to her base. However, you don't have to worry and that this was a free and fair election.
Okay. Watch this it gets to technical for probably some of the ppl here to understand, but if you are a software engineer you will understand it to.
Sorry it's an hour long.
