These are Republican and even Trump appointed judges shooting down these lawsuits. It is like he expected all the judges he has appointed to cheat for him. I think he thinks the SCOTUS justices will cheat for him if he is lucky enough to get there lol. It is like all the conservatives being super surprised that Roberts actually respects the Constitution and the court he is the Chief Justice of...woah. That has been one of my favorite things.

Time is a resource here. If he can stall another week for 3mil, its arguably worth it when you have a Net$ of 4bil.
