Was my framing of the story slightly loaded? Probably. Was it 100% incorrect or disingenuous? Definitely not. The WaPo article shows that their journalists are upset and irritated about the "whiteness" of the Argentinian NT. The unmistakable subtext of their article is
"why can't your NT be 50+% black like those of France/Belgium/England/Germany/Brazil?
Argentina, y u so racist?"
Do you seriously think this sentiment from the WaPo editorial desk has changed over the past 11 days? They let the mask slip; that they did so before the finals doesn't really make things notably better.
"slightly loaded"? you've been caught outright LYING again. you suggested this was their reaction to argentina's world cup win, when in reality it was an article from 11 days ago from a contributor of their history panel, NOT a sports journalist. again, there are half a dozen articles and shorts about the world cup today, from OTHER contributors, and none of them was about the racial makeup of argentina's squad, you absolute hack.
your silly "excuse" for your obvious lie is yet another lie. there is no such subtext in that article. i even linked it so you could read what it's actually about - but like the disingenuous hack that you are, you just ignore the facts, and double down on your fascist "fake news" narrative.
imagine having to resort to repeatedly lying, to push your culture war propaganda, in order to remain sufficiently offended and outraged. do you genuinely not realise how pathetic that is?
