Actually this law is so strict, last time there was a shooting even the cops didn’t dare to enter the school. None of them wanted a felony charge on their hands!

Indeed, the police were so concerned about this law they were 100% willing to use deadly force to prevent parents from saving their own children. It's almost like the "authorities" can't be trusted for protection, that maybe you need to worry about your own family's safety. As if any law that prevents you from insuring that safety may well land a direct attack against your children that so-called "law enforcement" will prevent you from acting to stop.
