Again, no. Stop trying to feel so oppressed. She's saying that those who do harbor racist thoughts and actions are the ones who have to acknowledge them, deal with them, and work to get rid of them, and it's not black people's job to guide them through the process.

i could have answered with this meme and it would have encapsulated your reply to me
memes aside, it's not about feelings or 'feeling oppression', it's a genuine question given the article hurls the accusation 'racism is yours' 7 times and says 'we are not in this together'. if the author feels that way no biggie, doesn't negate the fact that it's segregationist rhetoric.
when the author says 'racism is yours' 7 times, is it directed at the reader or some other boogeyman entity? likely the reader.

Racism is not “ours.” It is yours. And, it is yours exclusively.
harsh language!

If you’re not being racist, no one is going to come looking for you.
'you not being racist' is subjective based on an individual's perception of events or behavior, unfortunately.
the are tens of millions of people, many white but also of plenty of different backgrounds in America, who are genuinely wanting to figure out how we make society more inclusive and less abrasive towards black people (from normal interactions to reforming the police) and doing seeking the end of the lack of equality that still persists. it isn't up for me to decide what the best method. just don't necessarily agree critiquing those who are genuine in their pursuit of positive change in America.
different methods for different people i suppose
