Today in court Allan Weisselburg destroyed Trumps entire defense. Like. obliterated it.
Trumps defense is a couple things:
1. Mazars the accounting firm said the data is not reliable therefore it cant be used in court
2. Allan WEisselburg was in charge of everything
3. Trump defends that he did not in fact say his properties were larger and worth more than they actually are
Ill break down how every fuckign defense got rekt
1. The Mazars defense is actually just straight retarded. Mazars says the data is unreliable they are referring to the data that Trump and company provided to thr accounting firm. Theya re saying Trump and team lied to the accounting firm therefore their data is wrong, Trumps team is trying to say 'well judge the accountant says their data is wrong so you cant use it in court" but again the data is wrong because TRUMP gave that data to the accounting firm.
What was attested in court today is that the prosecutor plain asked Allan to review the signed agreement between trumps company and the accounting firm and it is clear as day outlined that Trump and company signed saying that all the info they provided to mazars is correct and they arent lying (they were lying, that is what was proven)
So the entire defense about how this is all somehow the accounting firms fault is completely null, bogus, and frankly pathetic and stupid
2. Allan testified that he was ordered by Trump to complete all this bogus shit in terms of telling forbes and the banks his properties were worth billions then going to the govt and saying the properties are worth pennies for tax purposes.
Allan has already been convicted and was part of the original case for 2.5mil against trump and company that buried Allan, now since Allan has already been convicted of Fraud is makes it so much fucking easier to convict trump with Allan saying all this shit on the stand
3. Multiple times the prosoectors brought in signed documents from trump company swearing that their proeprties are worth billiosna nd 5 times thweir actual size and thenm brought the same docs they gave to the govt for the same fucking property and its clear they changed numbers its sim[;e shit
