Because we have access to the cream of the crop. The ones who come here are insanely talented and are thoroughly vetted. The illegal ones are also ridiculously hard working because they were able to make the trek and work for cents on the dollar. Unfortunately, Americans just don't have the necessary work ethic to compete. I actually insist that I have illegal cleaning ladies because they are cheaper and will work their ass off to make sure that I hire them again.

Work more for less money is the only skill I care about. The Indian and Chinese engineers DESTROY the white engineers in terms of output. They also make less because their communication skills aren't great. If I had it my way, I'd ship every low performing white and black person back to Europe and Africa respectively and replace them with an Asian or Hispanic.

Their food is also way better than ours. Would you rather have some delicious ramen or some faggot fish and chips? Would you rather have enchiladas or potato salad?
