No, this is a natural and planned result of the immediate start of a bullshit dossier investigation, bullshit Flynn unmasking and investigation, democrats in congress dragging their heels on every major appointment nomination.

These lower level appointments that normally would have been replaced in the first six months have sat here and layer after layer of them have been causing every bit of trouble they can.
