Trump promoting a disturbing video of a local news reporter being harassed by knuckledraggers, tweeting "FAKE NEWS IS NOT ESSENTIAL!".

Can't wait to see what four more years of this will bring.

Either way, Trump will be VERY beatable this November. Democrats had three fucking years to prepare for this, to come up with a credible and strong challenger. The best they found were a geriatric socialist and a way-past-his-prime geriatric dude who excites no one and who, like Trump, has questions surrounding his mental health, his treatment of women and his ethics.

Democrats not being able to knock Trump off despite Trump's unpopularity, his myriad of huge blunders and record high unemployment - that would be the political fail of the century, far worse than even their fail in 2016.

I dont deny that parties like the Afd in Germany are "far right", but I vehemently reject the notion that the party as a whole are "right-wing extremists".

Anything Conservative, Libertarian, or right of absolute center moderate in American is "far right" to Europeans. Clinton would be considered "moderate right" to the average European, so yeah.

They're in a panic. Trump is ripping apart the entrenched globalist bureaucracy and replacing them with supporters of the American people. It has taken the combined efforts of Clinton and Obama to entrench those leftist powerhouses in the executive branch of government. And those powerhouses have done everything they could to attempt to prevent the current administration from executing their duties. I'd say good riddance.

All the "omg, you fired somebody Obama or Clinton appointed" garbage is just Dems crying that they can't still have all the control, even after losing the election.

Get Joe to hold a press conference where he can hold his train of thought, maybe he could gain a point for a day or two. At this point speculation is running high that Hillary will be pulled back into the mix to run as Biden's vice, as nobody else has enough public recognition or popularity to even attempt to swing things his way.

This was true until about 8 years ago or so, but not anymore. Democrats have shifted left at breathtaking pace in recent years.

lolwut?

Clinton is one of the most unpopular politicians, she would be a horrible running mate. Also, no matter how senile Biden might be, he wont be suicidal enough to create a situation where his life is the only thing standing between Hillary and the goal she had been working toward her entire life. He would probably "die" from a ""heart attack"" before inauguration day...

The progressive left has gotten pretty in-line with the European left. Clinton isn't that. She's a hawk and a two-faced liar, but she's not a progressive. She's a profiteer and a snake, but she's not a globalist. She only cares about the rest of the world inasmuch as she can exploit it. She'd do everything she could to ingratiate herself to Americans as much as possible while simultaneously increasing tax rates and providing power to anyone and everyone who could support her continued bid for power. But if you, or anyone else, truly believes she'd push any progressive agenda without being paid 8+ figures to do so? Lying to yourselves.

Biden's going to have a problem. Even firm anti-Trumpers (center and right, not left) are already talking about either voting for Trump or simply abstaining due to Biden's lack of fitness. The question is, given that the mandate has been thrust on Joe that he effectively must have a female vice, which female works? There's a strong suggestion of a black female, as opposed to white, but which black female in US politics holds a positive enough image to do anything but lose him votes? Do you honestly think Omar or Harris would do anything but accomplish complete suicide for him, given the entire traditional (non-progressive) left would vote against him to keep them away? The only person qualified to fit the role there would be Waters, and both independents and republicans would vote against him simply to keep her out.

It was INDEPENDENTS, not republicans that won Trump the vote. And we will again. Or we'll lose him the vote. Clinton can talk a great bullshit line. If she can spend 12 seconds ignoring the fuck out of her progressive supporters, and instead go back to her late 90's speeches, she could win the independents who have short memories. It could easily work.

That's even better

As an added bonus, Roberts would also touch the poisoned Bible, so Hillary could start her presidency with a fresh SCOTUS pick.

So, Steve Linick, the Inspector General of the State Department, just got ousted by Trump, after having initiated an investigation into potential wrongdoing by Mike Pompeo.

There's "Appearance of Impropriety", then there's this, which is equivalent to putting "IMPROPRIETY" on a theater marquee.

Firing an appointed (not elected) official who was appointed by Obama to that administration's oh-so-stellar State Department in 2013? Especially on the heels of the evidence that Obama, Biden, and their appointed aides targeted Flynn specifically to get him fired?

Shocker. Save us another bogus investigation. We've dumped enough millions into bogus investigations this term, I'd say, and Obama-era executive department appointees have caused enough obstruction.

Dems LOST in 2016. That doesn't mean they retain power in the executive branch. It means they have NO power in the executive branch. :)

That's gotta be some tasty shoe leather. Maybe Trump's executive branch should stop doing things that necessitate investigation, then.

You DO realize that investigation is the raison d'etre for Inspectors General, right?
