well I guess we were already technically at the "driving down the road is a hate crime" stage but this just affirms it and takes it to its logical next step

If your tires leave black streaks from just driving down the road you really need to change your tires.

Yeah, that's just straight rolling over it normally. If this person was burning tires, you wouldn't see clean tread marks like that. But def need new tires.

Actually, yeah, you're right.

if the person was roasting tires there's be 2 treads, not one. we'd also see smoke in the traffic cam pic, we don't.

tire mark is from the left side tires where all of the weight is on a right turn.

seems most likey their crime is running a stop sign, if that intersection is a 4 way stop. likely took the turn too fast and squealed it a bit.

we need My Cousin Vinny's girl in the court or these guys are toast.
