If you can't use your first right in service of another right then that is an impediment to both and requires a state interest to violate.
Like I have the right to spend my money, and I have a right to speech, therefore I have a right to use my money to amplify my speech. If I can't that is both a violation of speech and the right to use my money and requires a significant reason to stop.
LOL. So you're saying they need semi-automatic weapons to "amplify" their voices? Most sane folk just use megaphones.
Again... the POINT here is... Just as the 1st amendment guarantees the right of free speech, everyone else also has the right to ignore said protesters.
Setting up a scenario where those RIGHTS are removed from everyone else... is NOT a guaranteed right in the Constitution or the Amendments.
