He has to right now. Many are under the assumption that he will be pulled into a federal trial. Regardless of whether or not this is true, which nobody on this board can plausibly confirm or deny, if he even hints at anything to the contrary it will 100% become the focus on any future trial.

If he supports BLM, then that means he might be charged with a hate crime for killing a Jew. Blacks and Jews are bitter enemies so I think he made a terrible mistake.

If after getting shot, grosskreutz shot Kyle in the head. Would all y’all saying self defense keep that same energy?
