what's even more a knee-slapper is the first picture of the Asian man looks like its the 1840s, and his grandson in the 3rd picture looks like its the 1990s. its fairly common knowledge some asians can live quite long lives but ffs, did these guys have kids when they were 85 years old?

and even the middle asian pic has a "english is my second language" feel to it. "make money for children's college funds", i can hear the 1980s hacky stand up comedian saying it.

lol i love watching Chopped and seeing Michelin 1 star Asian chefs say "my family basically disowned me when i got into food, but now that i have 3 of the most successful restaurants in my city, and we're getting along much better". i get cooking isnt a big honor or anything, but god damn.
