Only mainstream news I personally watch is CNBC and that most certainly has not been the case. Doesn’t help that they take everything that he says at full value for whatever reason, still as you probably know, markets want any excuse for optimism

He didn’t just claim that it might help. He told people to ask their doctors for it. He made outrageous claims like lupus patients are not getting coronavirus because they are taking it. The data was dubious and anecdotal at best, and he praised it as a breakthrough and a cure for the last 3 weeks. To say he has just been hinting it could help is a gross understatement. Literally RA patients cannot get this medication in some cities because of back order. Not to mention they have to pay x5 more for it now as well because a fraudulent NY doctor and couple French studies came up with these claims.

there was no study that has said this. not here, not even in France or china. who knows where he came up with this claim, if he thought about it beforehand or just made it up on the spot. he did his characteristic "gee idk maybe its true maybe it's not" afterwards in regards to the accuracy of this mystery study, but the fact remains there wasn't any study or literature to support this bizarre claim to begin with. fauci asked in the 4/5/20 conference to elaborate on it which he basically said "no there is no evidence that people with lupus are protected despite hydroxchloroquine use, in fact they are more susceptible" . trump also asked on 4/5 conference to elaborate on this statement and clarify where this study is and he responds with "don't be so negative , next question" . I'm trying to find that part now

If you are writing a thesis and cite a non existent paper, you are donezo

If you are a physician and practice dubious medicine based on non existent studies you are donezo and out some million dollars

Arguing a narrative (lupus patients not getting it) based off a non existent source (“study”) is dumbfounding. Then again politics never has had the accountability that academia has and people only have the attention span to remember his statements for a day, then forget about them (or don’t even know about the shit he says in the first place).

Not to mention he Unarguably fucked over every RA and lupus patient in the country with the level of his advocacy. Either by exhausting cities of the medication all together or by inflating the cost to record levels. Telling people to ask their doctors for these medications smh

Didnt watch Trump recent "activity" (delirious videos and usual historical-shitty-stuff) in details since weeks but from the video posted above i'm absolutely sure he's NOT going well at all these days. Something terrible is happening to him.

Maybe he's afraid his empty brothels will be used as hospitals or something ? The hell this head !
