what is he capable of doing? not much, once his racist followers got the idea that him disavowing them was just to placate the media it was impossible to do anything.

his most devout followers are currently running with the idea that he lost in 2020 on purpose to Biden ruling could expose the deepstate, and his loss of lawsuits was just him being 10 steps ahead to expose corrupt courts. he can not stop the juggernaut that is his most fervent base, maybe 5% or less of his voters.

its for this reason that his partial blame is not full blame.
