the 2nd one was contingent on $1.1T in pork barrel spending for mostly rich people, corporations, and bloated government organizations. 30% reduced checks from the promised amount and hard capped at even lower arbitrary income lower levels than the ones from 2020, meaning less people qualify.

Pretty sure they’re actually open in Hawaii again. Feb 25th we went to tier 3 of our 4 or 5 tier reopening plan. Can party in groups up to ten(used to be 5), restaurants can operate at full capacity, and idk what else. But I do know I saw a pic blasted on social media of someone at the strip clubs opening day lmao

This thing is a lay-up full of trash with zero long term effects.
