"If we're constantly in motion why can't we feel it? "

Gravity pulls things down.

"No no silly were constantly moving up"

Does acceleration not imply movement?

Movement? Yes. A force to simulate what everyone besides the retard knows is gravity when you jump? No.

Yep. And since the Earth is about 4.5 billion years old and it's accelerating at 9.81 m/s^2, we are currently travelling upwards at a speed of roughly 1.4 * 10^15 km/s, or roughly 4.6 billion times faster than the speed of light.

edit: which, by the way, makes one wonder how it's possible for anyone to see their feet, since the light reflected off of them will never catch up to your eyes.

Now recalculate for the 6,000 years old that we KNOW is the Earth's REAL age. :P

Well, it takes a bit less than a year to break the speed of light. So that's about 6000 times the speed of light, a bit more.
So if anyone here has been alive for longer than 1 year and has not noticed any significant changes in the force that pulls things down during that time, then you should not see anything when you look down since your eyes will be travelling faster than the light trying to reach them.

another idiot that doesn't realize that there is the English definition of acceleration and the scientific physical definition which just means moving - either slowing down, speeding up or maintaining a constant speed.

This video will surely cause much rage in the sphere chukkers!

Constant movement yes, not accelerated movement, but since the earth is in the firmament - it is a closed environment.

Helios Sun worshiping Earth is in a completely open environment - air spins with the earth and is relative to the direction of the earths spin in a air balloon, but if your in an airplane - the air is relative to the direction of the airplane - see no matter what you think - science has an appropriate excuse!
