Do I think you're missing the big picture? Why yes I do.

Unless of course along with complaining about student loans, you'd like to also have to complain about gangs running YOUR neighborhood, and your schools, etc.
There is no perfect bro. When you have law enforcement people, there will be accidents. Shyt happens.

But the alternative... defunded, emasculated, police forces, is NOT the solution. We need the police and we need them to be tough.
As I said in the other topic... we as civilians have to remember that they have a very tough job to do...and WE need to be cognizant of that fact.

What I THINK about what happened to G. Floyd, isn't important. The courts will rule on the case. THAT is the way our system works.

You can't imagine the mess if "the people" voted on every incident. Which is pretty much what "the people" are trying to do right now.

Here's a thought. Go BE a cop for ten years. THEN come back and tell us what you think.
