Its trying to paint him as not being worth consideration because he had a criminal record. The clue is "possibly kill your kid". The implication being hes too dangerous to be allowed on the streets and "too bad the pregnant woman didn't have a gun" implying it would be better if he were dead.

Please, by all means, point out how is the image suggest he deserved it. Pointing out flaws in the man's previous actions and criticizing the media/sheep for using this same man with said past as the pinnacle of their movement is not equivalent to justifying the way he was murdered.
