Private school I assume? I mean, by what right would they have to refuse him access if it's a public high school? That's public property paid for by his tax dollars, it's an outside venue, and as long as he's willing to abide by social distancing guidelines, they have no right whatsoever to bar him from the premises. There is quite literally no law in Idaho that requires the usage of masks on public property.

Seems to me that school was using him as a convenient excuse to call off a game that they were losing to his son's team in humiliating fashion, and are attempting to drum up support by calling out his politics. Shameful not to have just conceded the game honorably rather than "cancelling" a game they were conclusively losing and trying to blame it on a parent acting well within their rights.

Twitter is a private company, not a public utility. Therefore, by definition, nothing on twitter is official government. Ever.

Not necessarily true. There can be official government phone calls and the like despite the government not owning the phone service.

The phone company is a utility, and is regulated and monitored as a utility. And as a utility, the phone company cannot "listen in" or do any number of other things on your phone. Likewise, while they can cut off your service based on specific circumstance, they cannot simply "take over" your service, or edit your conversation in any way.

Twitter is not a utility. They are not governed as a utility, and the fact of the matter is, there are hundreds of random people at twitter who, on any given day, can get into damn near anyone's account and do whatever the hell they want.

Which recently happened in a big way. You forget this already?
