For once, a lack of unity was definitely not the reason for the disappointing GOP performance. Too many recruiting failures in key races, coupled with the badly timed Dobbs decision probably did them in. And they correctly pointed out the many things going wrong with the country, but failed to offer a constructive solution or alternative policies on issues like inflation.
