There was only 1 of Armery, and 3 of the others. So Self defense is gonna be a tough one here. I don't think it will stand

He attacked, he got shot. The other stuff is circumstantial.

From the video I've seen, he was pulling on the shotgun and then punched the guy with the shotgun in the face (looked like it connected pretty good)
