Rural hospitals would be doing worse without state and federal support.

Rural people wouldn't have electricity without the government. They aren't profitable people to have services for.... That's why being poor in the country so much worse than being poor in the city... The country has 0 infrastructure as there is 0 investment because they have 0 things going on. They don't have many jobs that offer good retirement benefits or health care. You go move heavy objects for cash. They expext the government to help them because they promised to. These people have no savings and they're going to need nursing homes.

Not insisting one mode of living is better than in the other but these are harsh realities. They voted for trump as an act of desperation it's not panning out at all.
