TL:DR Version is Dad/Son think black guy running in the street is a burglar. They chase him in a pickup attempting to make a "citizens arrest" or something of this sort. Arbery attempts to evade them and they eventually cut him off. Son jumps out of the truck with a shotgun and they fight, Abery grabs the gun barrel and gets shot/killed. Then the local law enforcement, prosecutor, and judge refuse to bring charges. Eventually it makes its way to the state level and makes national news and charges are finally brought.

ahmed robbery (that's his real name) was "jogging" in boots after robbing people.

some good Samaritans tried to stop the vicious criminal, he tried to take someone's gun, the good Samaritan killed ahmed robbery in self defense.

True he missed 2 shots on him, probably a bit disorientated from the punch to the back of the head, and the kick.
Which is a shame, also would have been self-defense.
EDIT: Actually was self-defense he got off on that charge

Pretty sure he had Nike running shoes on.
