If Trump loses in 2020 AND the GOP loses the Senate, what policies can be enacted to keep the Democrats in power? IMO, Democrats should step on the throat of the GOP and refuse to allow a single breath. The current GOP needs to die so that a party with good ideas can rise from the ashes.
