Your right. I honestly never knew they figured the percent on the total votes.

No wonder we have problems with vote counts. Every state should have to list their total registered voters, BEFORE the elections start.
Then the mysterious added votes can't happen.

I should have scrolled further before making the last post. This tops it.

It has ALWAYS been the percentage of votes cast/counted in these things. Like, this is elementary school level stuff.

Well, no wonder we have problems.
The way we apparently do things is like being able to physically change the serial numbers on a dollar bill, during a game of liars poker. ^^


If states had to declare the number of registered voters (with proof), before the elections... then states couldn't "find" more voters during the election.

This is going to blow your mind, you can look up the number of registered voters in a state. The state even keeps track of who's voted in a given election.
