I'll add a few bits:
The sanctions backfired and the Eu suffered massive inflation because of the energy crisis and increased commodity costs. Governments had to step in to subsidize households, pushing up already high national debt. Coal fired power stations that were shut down to reduce carbon emissions had to be restarted because the flow of cheap natural gas was cut.
Russia was driven into China's camp and even befriended North Korea to secure ammo deliveries from that country. The North Koreans recently successfully launched a military spy satellite into orbit thanks to Russian help which is a massive headache not only for the US and South Korea but also for Japan.
Ukraine is running out of manpower and is now sending increasingly older men to the frontlines, men that don't want to be there.
Russia is running it's armament factories 24/7 which is easy to do for them because it's all state owned. Compare to the West where that stuff is being made by private companies and they completely fail to keep up with demand. Ukraine burned through 7 years of javelin production in a single year, NATO 155 mm ammo stockpiles were emptied and the US even shipped in their stockpiles from South Korea and Israel which still wasn't enough, the US had no other choice to send cluster munitions because they were out of the regular rounds. A complete embarrassment.
A complete embarrassment is being beaten back from Kiev by the military of the poorest country on the continent. Retreating from Kharkiv oblast. Retreating from Kherson oblast. An oblast which is Putin claims is part of the Russian federation.
Embarking on a war slated to last weeks or days that's now almost 2 years and counting.
Starting a war and saying there will be no mass mobilisation. Then having a massive mobilisation.
A complete embarrassment is losing more troops in 2 years than Russia has in all its wars since world war 2 combined.
But if you say everything is coming up Milhouse for Russia, then I guess it must be true.
The only thing probably more embarrassing is apologising, under false pretext for the people solely responsible for the war in the first place. Russians.
