I am. I will not get the vaccine personally, as I already had Covid. All the current data we have indicates I have far greater resistance to other strains or even the alpha strain than the unvaccinated or vaccinated.
That being said, I'm 100% in support of every single person who wants the vaccine getting it if that's the correct decision for them. I merely caution people to speak to their doctor before they make a decision. Your physician may have good reasons for you not to take the vaccine if you want to (allergies, etc.). They may also have great reasons for you to take the vaccine if you currently don't want to.
Informed consent is important regarding anything you put into your body, and neither the media, Fauci, or even the CDC/WHO can provide you with all the information you need for informed consent. Your doctor, on the other hand, who knows your medical history and any likely side-effects to getting or avoiding the vaccine, will provide the best information for your personal benefit.
