Let say you're the ex of the guy
You know he's a criminal and you already filed complaints against him and sought a restraining order
But maybe you also have feelings for him anyway, people are complicated
You know he broke into your house and stole your keys and was trying to drive off with your children while armed with a knife
But you also know that if you keep your mouth shut and play along with the race hustlers, you and he could both make millions from the state / donations
And you know if you speak out and tell the truth about the story, it could quell racial strife and unrest

He did not break any laws that should have lead him to be shot 7 times point blank. Was he a model citizen? No. Did he have a checkered past? Yes.

I'd support execution by a firing squad for people who leave shopping carts in parking spots instead of returning them to where they belong

again, this doesn't justify officers being inept and unable to subdue one guy when there are several of them. nor does it justify 7 bullets to the back. get better at tackling and get better tasers that actually work.

Some twitter analysis found who fired the first shot, and it was not the hispanic teen, it appears to have been fired upwards into the air by someone standing about 30-50 feet away on the street just as the teen ran past them, it doesn't look like it was aimed at anyone, although its pretty hard to judge ballistic trajectory based on a muzzle flash in a grainy video. But you can clearly see the muzzle flash from someone synced up exactly as the first gunshot rings out.

So someone shoots a pistol into the air behind the teen, who turns around to see whos shooting as he raises his rifle. And he sees a guy chasing him and about to clobber him, and opens fire.
I think internet detectives have cracked this case

Also, there was a TON of extra gunfire ringing out afterwards, 3 shots fired from unknown source after the teen shot the first guy and was on his phone, 8 shots fired in the distance during the 2nd chase, 8 more shots fired closer just after that

He's a wanted criminal who resisted arrest, shook off attempts to subdue him via non-lethal means, and who proceeded to go for a weapon before the police finally took action and shot him.
