fox and trump are a bit of a feedback loop within that system - neither of them is really masterminding the agenda, they're just the public faces of it.

Rights just can't exist without laws. There aren't just magical restrictions on behavior.

Rights are also to be discussed among equals.

rights can be mutually agreed upon without a centralize govt. tribal societies had rights. and in a modern govt a law doesn't guarantee your rights are respected any more than in a tribal society, if anything it could be less. in a tribe such a transgression was instant death, now it can be a 50$ ticket.

Means a group of people have to agree to live a certain way.

Tribes have laws and order. Bears don't. Bears live in a state of nature and have no rights, as we do in a state of nature.
