"wife said trump raped her in divorce proceedings" skinned
"that happens all of the time in divorce proceedings" endless
maybe it does happen a lot, because a notable number of divorces include marital rape or forced/coerced sexual acts.
in reality you could sit in 100 divorce proceedings and i bet you'd hear maybe 1-5 allegations of marital rape or sexual coercion. statistically the most common causes are financial disagreements, household incompatibility, or disagreements about child rearing. so the statement "it happens all the time", which i can 100% see a lawyer saying, is confirmation bias from the get go. but, it does happen often enough for it not to me out of the ordinary. all im saying is, maybe it gets said a lot because it happens more often than people think. especially sexual coercion for certain acts.
Usually the woman lies and says that the man abused the children. Rape is the 2nd most common treachery allegation
This is literally a tactic employed by every lawyer. When a woman stands in front of a judge you tell her to cry because there is a physiological response to that within the human species.
