now obviously it still looks somewhat ridiculous considering he was all alone there, and as such not a harm to anyone, but that explains itself when you actually think about it for about as long as it takes you to say 'muh small government':
those orders are in place so public placed DON'T get overcrowded, allowing the virus to spread. if everybody was as selfish as him, the beaches would be full. his actions basically say he's better than the rest, rules don't apply to him if he considers them pointless. remember how chris chrisie shut down beaches to the public and then used it privately with his family? this is almost as bad. you know how you can get punished for running a red light, even if there's no other vehicle or person on the crossing? just think about it for a second if you can...
