No, you can also take an example with someone owning unsanitary building and then delegating the management to a small company that will rent each room at horrible prices. Later people get sick or even die of cancer because of unsanitary situation.

The owner is not a corporate but still acted like a coward. The problem is more global. Corporate are still a threat anyway.
