Well, yeah. Any automatic recounts have to be done (GA will very likely recount, as may AZ), state totals have to be certified, and the Electoral College has to convene and cast their ballots.

No, it restructures the business and utilizes every method possible to mitigate accruing debt and tries to figure out a decent approach to payback creditors. People file for bankruptcy when their business fails. It isn't a normal part of business so stop spouting BS.
