No, barring an unforseen technological breakthrough, it's not. How do you intend to provide baseload energy supply based on fully renewables?

What she thinks wont destroy the economy is irrelevant. She's a bartender with a BA, she's in no way qualified to assess astronomically complex plans like this.
Even if we looked at the greatest experts on this planet, no single one would be qualified sufficiently across the range of all involved fields to make such a call.

Other than that, it should be obvious that "politician X wants to implement strong Y" is a completely worthless exercise as long as there is no proposal for the "how".

Nuclear is insanely safe compared to any fossil fuel, produces safer waste compared to fossil fuels, etc. etc. and is specifically designed to provide a baseload.

We have the technology. We just don't have the political capital to implement it. And no, it won't be cheap to deploy, but in the long run it will be far cheaper.

But you are not only arguing against full socialist systems are you?

Right.

Both socialism and socialistic/big government policies and programs are flawed and bad, for many of the same reasons.

I advocate liberty.

I do not want the liberty of expensive healthcare, why would less dead or bankrupt people be bad?

You are assuming more expensive care and more dead is the only alternative to government healthcare. Its not.

Government regulations are making healthcare more expensive and less efficient/innovative.

oops, you know you're supposed to only suggest that fallacious conclusion, in order to advocate for your do nothing approach, right? spelling it out like that just exposes it directly to the ridicule it deserves.

unlike YOUR political leaders, that 'bartender with a BA' knows what an overwhelming scientific consensus is. she realises that the time for decisive change is NOW, and not 'some time in the future when i made enough money from the status quo'. she knows to listen to the experts in the field, and not the corrupt political leaders that directly benefit from ridiculing her goals and denying the science.

who do you think 'the greatest experts on this planet' support in terms of environmental policy? trump and other conservative climate change deniers, or 'the left', pushing for a shift towards renewable, and a radical rethinking of (not only energy) consumption?

you trust a gameshow host who regularly DEFIES experts, but try to mock a significantly more intelligent person who LISTENS to experts? you've got to be kidding...

Dubious claim that also doesn't refute the points.
AUS allegedly having some of the cheapest care doesn't mean care cant be better and cheaper.

it's funny how our taxes are so unbearably high and STILL we have less poverty, have to work fewer jobs, less income inequality, more vacations... in addition to healthcare, worker protection, and affordable education. really a mystery how that is possible, isn't it?
