yeah right, let's just pretend like it's not a deliberate strategy to label it that for political reasons, even though everyone already knows it as corona / covid-19, and reporters genuinely didn't know where the virus originated...

I'm nearly positive it was never a deliberate policy until snowflakes like you started melting over it. THEN it became deliberate.

The Spanish flu is believed to have started on a pig farm in Kansas, and spread to a nearby Army base. They called it the Spanish Flu because the Spanish media were the only ones talking about it. Almost all other media was censoring information about it.
