i would think he would try for a lower price. o? but maybe hes trolling them again :) wouldnt that be special :)

he can't pay much of a lower price than what the controlling stake of stocks costs. there are laws you know.

He has basically no choice lol.

If this goes to court he will lose. This is about as open and shut of a case as you can get. Tends to be that way when you waive all rights to due dilligence.

Did anyone read the text exchanges between Elon and the Twitter CEO? I know Elon is a smart guy but he really comes across as an idiot in some of these exchanges....
