Currently the labor cost is 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 across 5 years. Next year the labor cost is 16. So you drop the 11, add the 16. 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 is the new 5 years. In that system, which is the system you described, no less labor would be utilized because the average increased by one every year.

I pointed this out and then you backtracked and stated outright you were unwilling to read any academic sources. I pointed out your experience isn't representative of the whole, and that actual studies, including those that were awarded a Nobel prize, have shown you are wrong.

Wicked's anger is practically reaching out of the screen so pretty much all of the "u mad" i drop at him are warranted. Others will have to be evaluated on a case by case basis.
