They have the video of him leaving the home on foot NOT CARRYING ANYTHING, a hammer is not something you can stick in your pants and run with.
The home owner also confirmed NOTHING taken.
Would be pretty hard to recover something if there was nothing.
I mean, if I take off running with my hands in the pockets of my cargo shorts, I'm trying to keep something from hitting me in the balls.
And the homeowner reported items stolen. Your entire premise there is wrong. The homeowner refused to state that it was Arbery who stole them. Why? He had no evidence. This was the entire basis of installing security cameras.
Most of your premise is simply wrong. People are following the process. And the police aren't releasing the majority of their evidence, due to the fact it's an ongoing investigation.
I'm not saying your heart's not in the wrong place. Merely that your logic is. You don't understand the legal system, or you've made up your mind prior to the legal system being able to act. Which is it?

learn to read, bob. i said it's funny that you didn't ask for evidence when our racist murder apologists claimed there were items recovered, you only wanted 'proof' for a dismissing that claim without evidence.
You've jumped to to conclusions. I watched the video. "Murderer" I can't even agree with. There was no gun pointed at this person. The person who died attacked, assaulted, and due to incidental firing of the weapon in question while wrestling for control of it, the person in question died. However, to claim murder? Nah. Not even. Involuntary manslaughter, MAYBE, and that based on circumstances. According to Georgia Law? I mean, quite possibly no wrong doing. And all of that because of Arbery's actions themselves. If you want to argue the case, do it from a legal standpoint. So it makes sense. And go watch the video first, so you aren't making false claims.
