Was this before or after they had Roseanne castrated?

I love how you come up with these off the wall stats, like they had some validity.

Roseanne got castrated? I thought the left was against genital mutilation?

I mean... feel free to prove me wrong.

Here's a list of popular comedians by the first measurement I could think of (social media influence) -
http://fanpagelist.com/category/comedians/view/list/sort/influence/
Of the top 20 there are two who don't easily fall into the 'liberal' category that I can see. Rainn Wilson who identifies as independent and I can't find much else on his views and Jerry Seinfeld who has made donations to several democratic campaigns but also donated to George W Bush's presidential campaign.
Not one full-on conservative.
I'll admit there are probably other ways to measure popularity but I find it difficult to believe they would show a majority of the most popular comedians to be conservative or even not liberal.

It's not an 'off the wall stat'. It's pretty much common knowledge. But like I said - feel free to prove me wrong.
I'll be waiting for your apology when you realise I'm right... but I won't hold my breath. I can't recall you ever admitting you've been wrong about anything.

Dude, come on. You can't seriously mean that most great comedians are liberals.

George Carlin, Sarah Silverman, just to name two that definitely aren't liberal.

Lol. Ok dude. Sarah Silverman isn't liberal XD
And George Carlin was liberal. He thought politics and politicians sucked but he was definitely liberal.

But hey - even if I was to concede that those two aren't liberal, and the other two that i mentioned aren't liberal that still leaves 16/20 who ARE liberal and 0/20 that are conservative making my statement still true.

I'd say it's probably divided pretty evenly. It just makes sense that it would be.

Oh and I missed this earlier cos it's late and I'm tired. But don't you try and fucking move the goalposts or misrepresent my argument.

I said that the majority of the most popular comedians are liberals. 'Great' is entirely subjective. I try to choose my words carefully for a reason.

So - I'm still waiting on you to post saying 'I'm sorry I was wrong'. Can you do it? Are you man enough? Or is your ego so fragile that admitting you are wrong even on an issue as trivial as this would shatter it into a million pieces and leave you a sagging husk of self-loathing and disgust at the realisation that your carefully constructed self-image is a facade and that, contrary to being the witty, principled intellectual you made yourself believe you are you are in fact nothing but a vacuous, unintelligent puppet of the alt-right propagandists who isn't capable of independent thought and simply reacts to anything someone further left than you says by rejecting it outright or sticking your fingers in your ears and singing?

Notice how your POINT is short and to the ...point. Then your attempt to "move the goalposts" is long and dragged out.

How have I moved the goalposts? I made a statement. You quoted me as saying something I didn't say and I corrected you by restating my original statement. Do you even know what 'moving the goalposts' means? How have I done that in any fucking way? Another thing you need to admit you;re wrong about and apologise for. How fucking dare you accuse me of intellectual dishonesty.

I mean you can say whatever the fuck you like - it doesn't make it true. I just posted a list of the most popular comedians and they were almost all liberal with a couple who are debatable but certainly not conservative. 'It just makes sense' is not an argument. It's you believing what you want to believe because it's what you feel should be true. That's why i didn't rely on 'common knowledge' even though this is common knowledge and presented you with a way of measuring the popularity of comedians and thereby being able to extrapolate the portion that are liberal. If you have another way of measuring that contradicts these conclusions then feel free to present it. Otherwise man up and admit you were wrong. What you think 'just makes sense' rarely fucking does. You should stop leaning on it and try using logic and deductive reasoning instead.
