I don't know. When the child starts to ask questions about the penis, I suppose.
Start it of with 'boys have a weewee and girls have a (I don't know the childish word for vagina in english) and work your way up from there. Act casual about nudity.
When I was a small boy, my mom and I would bathe together. I'm sure I must have asked questions about the obvious differences when they occured to me. They also took me to nudists beaches in Croatia when we were on holiday there. Strangely enough, the sight of penises, vaginas and breasts left me entirely unscathed on a sexual level. I'm quite happy about the size of my penis, I feel comfortable around the other sex and with nudity in general, I don't think everything about the naked human body is inherently sexual, ... The vast majority of psychologists/therapists/sexuologists would say that's a fairly healthy approach to sexuality. Being overly prude and reprehensive about the human body/the opposite sex usually isn't.
