You have no idea what kind of financial loss that could bring. I'm not saying going to renewable energy is a bad idea in time and in gradual small parts, but the idea that a massive scale transition within a short period would create zero financial loss is false. We are a major exporter of fossil fuels. So no, it wouldn't cost "zero dollars".

And I have read it, you can't see the issue with paperwork saying one thing and how the Democrats go about things. It's not an accurate representation at all. Democrats have attempted to fit that deal into COVID-19 financial relief bills. Doesn't sound like they will be taking a modest approach already.
