Most presidents enjoy a "honeymoon period" during this phase of their presidency. Also, the change of tone from the Trump era will prompt a lot of reluctant voters to give Biden the benefit of the doubt... for now. It's largely irrelevant though, the honeymoon period will be over come 2022, and it imho is far from given that Biden's actual policies will be popular. And note that these numbers come from a partisan pollster, so their numbers are probably a couple percentage points too high.
We'll have to wait and see.
lmfao that article/poll is an actual riot and an atrocity to sentient beings.

Biden holds strong support on his handling of the economy, uniting the country, and fighting the coronavirus pandemic, according to a special online version of the survey.
The poll also found that most Americans rate ending the coronavirus pandemic as their top priority, which may have helped drive up Biden’s numbers.
no $2k checks or spending bill but “the economy is being handled well”??? what?
COVID-19 handling?? Biden said he would “shut down the virus as President” why is it still here???? and mutations happened at an alarming rate since he made this proclamation
Okay well.. per Bloomberg (whose founder spent $100M to help biden in one state alone), the Biden admin has been using the Trump administration playbook when it comes to COVID-19 relief!!!

But while Biden’s approach to the virus -- frank warnings about the pandemic, mask mandates on federal property -- is a reversal from Trump’s policies, his administration’s distribution of vaccines so far looks little different from that of its predecessor. Before Biden was sworn in, vaccines already were being delivered at a pace to meet his goal of 100 million doses in his first 100 days as president.
The Biden administration has said they’ll order new doses, but will do so by exercising options in contracts negotiated by the previous administration, which thought it premature to do so. They say they’ll use the Defense Production Act, which Trump used repeatedly.
so Trump was doing 1 million per day vaccines, Biden wants to do 100 million in 100 days. math says thats the same rate. Both used the Defense Production Act. The difference is Biden passed some mandate about masks on federal property that he doesnt even follow.
bloomberg reports the same actions, minus the current admin not following ones own mandate. yet a lot of the media reports way differently on one admin vs the other, and if you dare point this out the usual suspects say you’re destroying the first amendment
