This post is not really adding to any debate. Also, Hamas was not a creation of Israel? It was born out of the Muslim brotherhood, Sunni fundamentalism and in part Israel indifference to the rise of Islamism in Palestine.

Those that believe in the application of Sharia law, are in my opinion not compatible with personal freedom, secularism and liberty; In my opinion it is an inherently flawed belief system.
Also the refusal of Hamas and others to recognize Israel.
Equally the Jewish claim that Israel was promised to the Jews by god himself, is also an inherently flawed belief.

In my opinion, all of these ideas are root causes of the perpetual violence.
