Watching this video i see a black guy being harassed by racist cops and making good points.

Cop #1 was fairly reasonable imo. Cop #2 was a total powertripping asshole who isn't fit to clean the jail cells, let alone protect and serve.

WHY HAMMER?

First time i have seen a hammer mentioned anywhere including in the video.

His reference is in regards to the idea that the feller threw things off to the side when he ran away, and noticed a vehicle was following him. I can't speak to that one way or the other, just saying that's the reference.
