When even the either or folks come down on the side of Kavanaugh, it certainly points to lying, cheating etc.
What the Senate did in 2016 was LEGAL. What the dems are doing now, is illegal.

It was 100% legal for the Senate to refuse to allow the nomination by an outgoing president.

The Dems however are breaking the law.

1. IF it even happened, it was by two minors.
2. Sitting on information like this (IF it happened) is illegal.
3. This is nothing more than an illegal delaying tactic wrapped in character assassination, which is also illegal.

What information are they sitting on?

sexually assaulting a teenage girl and holding her against her will is still ILLEGAL even if you are a teenage boy

The Dems had the accusation back in July. If they are really concerned they would have dropped the information then.
They also had the opportunity to bring it up during the nomination hearing, they didn't. Why? Because they KNOW it's BS. It wouldn't have survived the hearing.

That brings us right into blatant character assassination.

Well since it IS illegal in most states, I'm gonna require some proof that it's legal to sit on information about a sexual assault that took place.

I know the victim can with hold the information. I'm referring to a Democratic senator.
