Thiel serving as his tech advisor would be fucking great, would make me feel 100x better about his presidency.

I certainly don't agree with Thiel's politics but he's a brilliant guy and most importantly is extremely techno-utopian.

Frankly, if I knew both that Thiel would be his advisor and that he would have significant decision making power in the tech and science sectors I'd have voted Trump.
