She actually dominated in the Breat Baier interview. Maybe people just do the hands over ears blah blah blah meme in their head when she speaks? Trump shut down the greatest immigration bill in a long time because he wanted to run on it politically. The guy in the talk-over is still alluding to building the entire wall (which isn't possible), just a face palm.
She was dominant on the points regarding the economy. Trump took an already great economy and doubled our deficit, no shit we're going to have a volatile little spending frenzy. She hit on needing to actually lessen the deficit (which Trump will raise even more because Republicans think money grows on trees and you can just make rich people a lot richer through tax cuts and that the budget won't need balanced in doing so). She mentioned actual economists agreeing that her plan would be better, that obviously tariffs, increasing the deficit, and encouraging super low interest rates would just worse inflation. Trump for whatever reason still doesn't realize the American people pay for tariffs, and continually insists that China pays for it.
Also the super misleading ad that Trump spent $20 million about taxpayers paying for trans surgeries she hit well. Fear based ad on a topic that has costed the average tax payer a penny. Something that literally happened under Trump as well, he didn't go against the law, and neither is she going to, would literally have to change the 8th Amendment (where we have to provide medical care to prisoners; we can't just let someone die who is attempting self-castration)... That ad just panders to a lot of people's fear and is one of the grossest propaganda points I've seen.
